CSC closed Tuesday, Job Fair canceled
Chadron State College remained closed Tuesday because of the snowstorm and planned to reopen Wednesday. CSC President Janie Park said the high winds made snow removal difficult on campus, and that travel is not advised.
The closure included CSC's distance learning sessions and public facilities on campus. In addition, the CSC Job Fair that was scheduled 1-5 p.m. Wednesday has been canceled. The Student Center remained open so students may access the food services.
Park said the college will reopen Wednesday unless conditions worsen.
